Indeed, the heart of the cooker is made of very thick steel, the combustion chamber is lined with refractory material assembled and finished by hand. The covering is in steel, natural stone or enameled ceramic. Like the high-end models, the N series has the Superflame certified combustion system, the self-cleaning fireplace door glass and the possibility of connecting combustion air directly from the outside.
